The owner of Evelyn James & Co. thoroughly evaluates each item before the order is shipped out.
If there are any issues such as damage to items purchased or you have received the wrong item, please send clear photos of your item(s), packaging and your receipt to evelynjamesandco@gmail.com WITHIN 2 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY! There will be no exceptions to this policy. Items that have been worn and claimed damaged must still have the Evelyn James & Co. tag attached to the item.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography, indoor / outdoor lighting, and device resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and will not be refunded.
If we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost, or the order will be canceled and refunded.
Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout! We will do our very best, but once an order has been shipped, the sale is final.
